Liability for content

The contents of our pages were created with great care. However, we can not assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. As a service provider we are responsible for own contents on these pages according to the general laws. However, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored external information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. A liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the date of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of appropriate violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Integration of Google Maps

We use the services of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly in the website and allow you to conveniently use the map feature. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. When you're logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before viewing the map. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and / or tailor-made website design. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) for the purpose of providing appropriate advertising. You have a right of objection to the formation of these user profiles, and you must comply with this to Google.

If you contact us via e-mail or contact form or use our feedback tools, we will use the information you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number) to respond to your request.

Newsletter and marketing e-mails

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive by e-mail regularly a newsletter and marketing e-mails which contain information about our offer and advertising for offers of third parties (especially bus lines and connections, travel, accommodation). You may give your consent to receive such emails at any time, e.g. revoke via the unsubscribe link in our emails. With revocation or cancellation of the newsletter, your contact details will be deleted.
